I provide spiritual healing and relaxation techniques together with beauty treatments. The therapies are carried out in a log cabin set against a wonderful scenic background.

The practice is within easy reach of Neath, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend and Swansea and is just off the main A465 dual carriageway in the village of Cwmgwrach, near Neath.

I am experienced in therapies such as:

Reiki: Both Isui and Karuna - Reiki is a spiritual form of hands-on healing.

Hot Stone therapy: A beautiful all-over holistic body massage using hot stones.

Facials: Facial using natural products, cleansing, exfoliation, mask & massage.

Colour Therapy: a variety of techniques including laying of coloured scarves and meditation.

Alaskan Flower Remedies: After consultation prescribing a flower remedy.

Relaxation and Meditation: teaching stress management through breath.

Indian Head Massage: a back, shoulder and head massage with oils.

Hopi Ear Candles: hollow ear candling assists removal of ear wax also includes a sinus massage.

Make-up: small make-overs demonstrated and advice given.

I provide a friendly service and after the treatment clients are offered a herbal tea and are encouraged not to rush off but to enjoy a bit of "quiet time" either in the garden or in the reception area where there is a small library of alternative health books.

Prices are very reasonable, Reiki just £25.00 for 1 hour treatment! Other treatments start from £15.00.

Meditation Classes every Monday at 6.45 pm - learn how to relax through meditation using a variety of techniques including the use of different breathing techniques, colour, sound and much more!
