 Facials - using Nutrimetric products which are natural products, ingredients such as apricots, honey and oils, they are PH balanced and hypo-allegenic. Clients will experience 1 hour of bliss as facials include massage of the neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Also included is a wonderful facial massage using essential oils. The whole experience is finished with a small taster of Reiki
Indian Head massage - The treatment includes a back and shoulder massage using essential oils followed by a wonderful head massage and of course a small taster of Reiki. It is a half hour of total relaxation.

Relaxation techniques through meditation and Colour Therapy. Lorraine takes you through the Chakras and deep meditation using colour therapy. This treatment is very useful for people who suffer with anxiety, panic attacks, asthma or depression.
Alaskan flower remedies - After a consultation with Lorraine she will prescribe a flower remedy to suit your emotional needs. A follow-up consultation is then recommended.
Reiki Usui & Karuna(R)
Reiki is a spiritual form of healing which works on both physicial and emotional levels and is an exchange of energies between the therapist and client. Clients are fully clothed for this treatment. It is 1 hour of sheer relaxation. Highly recommended for people who are not able to sleep, suffer with anxiety or depression and panic attacks. Karuna Reiki works on even deeper levels but you need to experience Usui Reiki first before receiving Karuna.
Hot stone therapy - which involves massage using hot volcanic stones which have been charged with a crystal. This treatment is also holistic as it works both on physical and emotional levels. Clients are massaged from head to toe, it is wonderfully relaxing but uplifting also.
Reiki Attunements - Atttunements can be given for Reiki I, II and III -This will begin your Reiki journey with Reiki I which means you can practise Reiki on yourself and family, Reiki II you can send distant healing and Reiki III means you become a Master yourself
