RELAXATION CLASSES - New Beginner's Class starting Monday 20 September 2010 at 6.30 pm at Brynheulog, 45 Heol y Graig, Cwmgwrach, Neath SA11 5TW. Cost: £5.00 paid four weekly in advance including a cup of herbal tea. This is an opportunity to learn how to meditate, helps with stress related problems and put life into true perspective. The classes are of benefit to all, both male and female.
